Program Details and Included Resources
Comprehensive Voice & Speech Evaluation
Your program begins with a detailed 15-point speech and voice evaluation, developed by our lead coaches in collaboration with our licensed speech-language pathologist. You’ll then work through four one-on-one coaching intensives, offering you both education and real-world experience working with a director.
Personalized One-on-One Coaching
Instead of pre-recorded videos, you’ll work privately with our coaches in sessions focused on your interests and scheduled around your availability. Every session is tailored to your voice, your goals, and learning style. Though most clients choose to do their sessions via Zoom, one-on-one sessions can also be done in person at our New York studios.
Structured Online Learning
You’ll have six-months access to a dedicated client dashboard with a six-class web-based curriculum including guided competency reviews, designed to reinforce technique, performance, and professional standards. The web-based components include more than 900 pages of workbook content accompanied by dedicated video and audio.
Extensive Support Materials
Your client dashboard also offers you access to a categorized script library, and ongoing resources, including supplemental training materials. Your dashboard also allows you to create a custom web-page to showcase your professional demo. You can also easily view details of your program and account anytime.
Professional Demo Production
Through our network of certified affiliate studios, your program includes complete professional VoiceOver demo production including all studio time. Your demo scripts will be customized to your voice and interests. And all scripts are legally licensed. And importantly, once complete, you own all rights to your demo. To date, we’ve collaborated with studios in nine countries.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the Premiere Program, clients will be able to:
- Identify and differentiate major voice-over genres and their specific performance conventions
- Apply principles of vocal health, preparation, and maintenance to support consistent professional performance
- Demonstrate conversational speech techniques when interpreting and reading voice-over scripts
- Control and apply pitch, dynamics, timing, and pacing to produce natural and engaging vocal performances
- Analyze and adhere to professional expectations when working with clients, directors, and casting professionals
- Demonstrate appropriate etiquette and workflows in both home studio and professional studio environments
- Develop and apply relationship-based marketing strategies within the voice-over industry and identify genre-specific opportunities
- Identify, evaluate, and implement targeted marketing methods appropriate to individual career goals
- Configure and operate a basic home recording system for voice-over production
- Participate and engage in a professional in-studio recording session during the development of a voice-over demo
