The call will typically take approximately ten minutes and we welcome your questions during the call.
About The Evaluation:
We’ll first ask you to read a script aloud both with and without direction.
We then utilize a computer assisted evaluation tool to identify strengths, and to provide suggestions for specific improvement. We will also identify any commercial or narrative type material that your voice may fit.

Script 1 | Narrative: Audiobook: "Family Matters"
As the fog rolled across the road, it sent a foreboding chill down Jill’s spine. She hadn’t been back home in 20 years and she wasn’t looking forward to reuniting with her estranged family. The night she left home was actually much like tonight. If it wasn’t for her sister Jessica’s pleading, she probably would never have come back home regardless of how worrisome their brother’s behavior had become.
Script 2 | Narrative: Historical: "Boston Molasses"
One of the most bizarre factory mishaps in history was the great Boston Molasses Spill of January, 1919. 2.3 million gallons of brown, sugary, thick molasses split open its steel housing tank and sent a rolling 15-foot high, 160-foot long wave out to demolish everything in its way. Damages from the 35 mph wave swelled past one million dollars, and it glazed over two blocks of the city. The tank that housed the molasses was the largest ever designed by Hammond Iron Works, and after six years of litigation, the Massachusetts Supreme Court’s findings led to stricter regulations on building permits across the country.
Script 3 | Narrative: Scientific & Medical: “Chlorophyll”
Chlorophyll is a fat-soluble molecule, created in the chloroplast compartments of plant cells, by converting electromagnetic energy into chemical energy in a process called photosynthesis. Easily absorbed into the body, this molecule offers us many health benefits. The pigment in chlorophyll contains potent antioxidants that can reduce the formation of cancerous cells in the body. Chlorophyll also contains vitamin K1, carotene and calcium. All three of these components are necessary to build and maintain bone density.
Script 4 | Commercial: Humor & Sarcasm: "Sweet Factory"
Looks like Jim’s on his way to work. But, wait, it seems like Jim’s forgotten something. What’s the matter, Jim? Did you realize you left the house without your shiny new laptop? Well, don’t worry, Jim, we’re sure the boss will understand. If he doesn’t you can just treat him to a danish from The Sweet Factory.
Script 5 | Commercial: Public Service Announcement (PSA): "Home Safety"
Look around your home. Look closely. Are there things you’ve been waiting to fix? Bad lighting, loose carpet, maybe even a broken chair? This spring, make time for a safety check of your home. Check every room for hazards. Make sure you check your smoke detector. More accidents happen at home than anywhere else, so make the time to prevent an accident. Script 6 | Character: Sci-Fi: "Just Another Alien"
It’s not easy being green. For example, did you know that everyone asks you if you’re nauseated all the time? Then you have to go into the whole, “Look, I was born this way; I’m an alien,” speech and the next thing you know the person either laughs or runs away screaming. Oh yeah, joining the Just Another Alien dating service turned my social life around completely.
