Experience Voice Over is a coaching program for individuals who enjoy voiceover and want to explore it in a supportive, creative environment that can be adjusted to meet individual interests and learning styles. Whether you’re interested in anime, gaming, audiobooks, commercials, or character work, this program offers and opportunity to learn voiceover skills while working with material you actually love.
Unlike our career-focused coaching, Experience Voice Over is designed for exploration, personal growth, and enjoyment. It’s about discovering voice over material that excites you, building confidence, and developing real skills—without pressure. Along the way, many of the skills you’ll develop can also improve day-to-day communication and personal interactions.
A Creative, Personalized Learning Experience
One-on-One Coaching
Work privately—either in person or via Zoom—with experienced voiceover coaches bi-weekly. Each session is customized around your interests, strengths, and goals. Your coach will also provide exercises and scripts to work with between each of your sessions.
Explore the Genres You Love
From animation and gaming to storytelling and commercials, you’ll practice techniques using material that keeps you engaged and inspired.
Skills That Go Beyond Voiceover
Voice Over is all about communication. So along the way, you’ll develop communication skills used by top voiceover professionals—skills that can make everyday speaking more confident, expressive, and engaging at school, work, and beyond. You’ll also gain experience working with direction and interacting with your coach to achieve the best result. It’s challenging, creative, and most importantly, fun!

Personalized One-on-One Coaching
You’ll work privately with an experienced voiceover coach in sessions scheduled around your availability. Each session is tailored to your voice, goals, and learning style. For individuals with vision impairments or other unique requirements, sessions can be adjusted to ensure the most effective content accessibility. Experience Voice Over is designed to offer every client an exceptional experience.
Comprehensive Ice-Breaking Session
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about your interests, introduce techniques used in different voiceover genres, and create a plan to make each session educational, exciting, and fun. We’ll also zero in on any unique assets we can provide to ensure your learning is effective, rewarding, and fun.
Online Support Resources
You’ll receive access to a personal client dashboard where your coach will share session recaps, practice material, and additional resources to explore between sessions.
48-Hour Answers & Support
Questions come up—that’s part of learning. Voice Coaches is a full-time, full-service coaching and production company, your coach is available to answer a question by phone or email within 48 hours (often sooner).
Opportunities to Continue Learning
The Experience Voice Over program sessions can be monthly or bi-weekly, with affordable options available for continued coaching beyond the program. For interested individuals, the option to record a professional voice over demo or audio story is also available.
Optional In-Studio Recording Experience
Some participants choose to record a professional VoiceOver demo or other material. Experience Voice Over clients have access to recording and production through our national network of studios at a significantly reduced cost. And all recording sessions are guided by our coaches.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of six months in the Experience Voice Over Program, clients will be able to:
- Identify and differentiate voice-over styles and performance approaches within a selected voice-over genre
- Apply principles of vocal health, preparation, and maintenance to support consistent and sustainable performance
- Interpret and apply direction effectively when performing voice-over scripts
- Control and apply specific vocal traits, including pitch, dynamics, timing, and pacing, to deliver natural and engaging performances
- Analyze and adhere to professional expectations when receiving and implementing direction
- Collaborate effectively with coaches and peers to achieve defined performance objectives
- Apply improvisational techniques and utilize self-direction to strengthen script interpretation
- Identify and evaluate the underlying message, intent, or objective of a voice-over script
- Participate in directed performance sessions that include critique, feedback, and guided refinement
Optional Recording Session
- Participate in a professional in-studio recording session to showcase your voice development guided by your coach.
