  • Privacy
    Your information is safe with us

    • Everyone at Voice Coaches is committed to client satisfaction. This begins with internal policies designed to preserve the integrity of your private information. We do not share contact information, emails, phone numbers or any other client information. All of our systems are password protected, and our team receives training on client privacy and credit card fraud as a component of their employment.

  • Opt Out
    Ensuring your satisfaction

    • After enrolling in our program, all Voice Coaches clients have the opportunity to attend their first scheduled class session and opt out at the completion of that session for any reason. Clients opting out will be billed for their first session and refunded any additional deposit. This policy is designed to offer clients an opportunity to ensure their complete comfort with our training process.

  • 15 Point Evaluation
    Realistic and detailed voice assessment in writing

    • As a component of your training with Voice Coaches, you will go through a 15-point voice and speech evaluation during your first private training session. This evaluation is designed to help us learn more about your voice.

      Voice Coaches reserves the right to discontinue training with clients who do not meet specific speech language criteria during this evaluation. Effected students will be granted a complete refund.

    • In a specific effort to ensure clear and concise communication of services and policies to clients who are not comfortable with e-commerce and electronic communication, Voice Coaches is proud to announce a significant new initiative. The SAFE Program mandates the execution of a unique set of practices designed to ensure individual confidence and clarity in all Voice Coaches services and policies.     A fully staffed facility providing lifelong client support

    • Voice Coaches is a fully staffed professional production and training facility. Our administrative department is available by phone, toll free: 1-866-887-2834, Extension 100, Monday through Friday, 8:30am till 4:30pm (Eastern Standard Time). Calls received after 4:30 pm on Friday will be returned promptly on Monday, with the exception of observed holidays.

      In the event that you require assistance beyond our administrative department, a member of our management team will always be happy to assist you.
